On November 5, 2014, Gene R. Libby will be one of several attorneys presenting a continuing legal education program for Maine attorneys regarding family law cases. The program – called Divorce Law Guide from A to Z – is sponsored by the National Business Institute and will cover all aspects of handling a divorce case in Maine from filing for divorce to mediation and trial. Gene will be speaking on the subject of valuation of assets and division of property. The program will take place at the Fireside Inn & Suites in Portland, Maine with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.
