Zachary Beisswanger is a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to Tyler Smith and Brian Champion. Since joining the firm in November 2021, Zack has gained increasing fluency in various areas including estate law, civil litigation, family law, criminal law and others. Before moving to the legal field, Zack spent a number of years working in secondary education including stints in special education and teaching English at the high school level. He is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor’s degree in Literature.
Elizabeth Briggeman is a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to Gene Libby and Sean Rogers. Prior to joining the firm in March 2009, Liz worked for several years at a large Portland, Maine law firm, where she gained experience in real estate, bankruptcy, employment and family law. Liz is a graduate of McIntosh College and Husson College with a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies.
Emily Finer is a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to Brian Champion. Emily has significant experience working in the legal field. This includes a number of years working in the Clerk’s Office of the York County Superior Court, where started as an Assistant Clerk and was promoted to Associate Clerk. Emily is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art. She joined Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion in November 2013.
Cynthia Fitzmorris is a Paralegal to Michael Saucier. A native of Massachusetts, Cynthia began working in the legal field in Boston. She received a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from York County Community College. With over ten years of experience, she assists the attorneys at LOKC in all areas of law. She joined the firm in 2022 on a part-time basis, allowing her to pursue her avocation as a photographer.
Janet Wilson is a Paralegal to Gene R. Libby and Sean Rogers, with a primary focus in Family Law. She has over 25 years of legal experience in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal law, personal injury, bankruptcy, real estate and corporate law. Prior to joining Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion, Janet worked for Verrill Dana, LLP in Kennebunk, Maine and for law firms in Nevada and Washington specializing in creditor bankruptcy, family law, and civil litigation. Janet has been with the firm since it started in 2007.
