Our attorneys in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire are supported by a talented, experienced and dedicated staff. The firm’s legal assistants and paralegals have a broad range of knowledge and experience and work closely with our attorneys. The firm’s team approach allows us to provide legal services to our clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Elizabeth Briggeman is a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to Gene Libby.  Prior to joining the firm in March 2009, Liz worked for several years at a large Portland, Maine law firm, where she gained experience in real estate, bankruptcy, employment and family law. Liz is a graduate of McIntosh College and Husson College with a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies.

Emily Finer is a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to Brian Champion.  Emily has significant experience working in the legal field. This includes a number of years working in the Clerk’s Office of the York County Superior Court, where started as an Assistant Clerk and was promoted to Associate Clerk.  Emily is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art.  She joined Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion in November 2013.

Robyn Stackhouse is a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to Timothy O’Brien,  Gail Wolfahrt and Michael Saucier.  She is a graduate of Andover College and has a wealth of experience in the legal profession in the areas of labor law, estate planning, sports law, real estate and worker’s compensation. Robyn has been with the firm since it started in 2007.

Janet Wilson is a Paralegal to Gene R. Libby and Tyler J. Smith, with a primary focus in Family Law. She has over 25 years of legal experience in the areas of family lawcivil litigationcriminal lawpersonal injury, bankruptcy, real estate and corporate law.  Prior to joining Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion, Janet worked for Verrill Dana, LLP in Kennebunk, Maine and for law firms in Nevada and Washington specializing in creditor bankruptcy, family law, and civil litigation. Janet has been with the firm since it started in 2007.
