Trusts & Estates / Business Law

Our Trusts and Estates attorneys focus on providing responsive, individualized representation to individuals, families and fiduciaries. Each client receives personalized attention in order to reach their goals and wishes. Our trusts and estates attorneys are seasoned professionals who have the education, skill and experience to handle all of your family’s needs.

Estate Planning

Our Trusts & Estates attorneys help clients to identify and then create personalized wealth transfer and wealth preservation plans. Each plan takes into consideration the client’s wishes and desires for themselves, as well as, for their following generations. Some of the plans take into consideration estate tax considerations to effectuate the best plan for each individual client.

We also counsel individuals regarding end-of-life issues, including health care directive matters, powers of attorney, and wills. The attorneys also provide counseling for the development of trusts, which can be used during, or after one’s lifetime, so as to achieve the goals of the client.

Estate Settlement and Administration

Our Trusts & Estates attorneys represent families and fiduciaries in the settlement of estates, as well as the administration of various trusts.
