Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion is pleased to share that partner Tyler J. Smith recently presented at the Maine State Bar Association’s continuing legal education program, Appellate Practice Before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, held on March 30, 2026, in Freeport.
The seminar brought together members of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, court staff, and experienced appellate practitioners to address all stages of appellate practice before the Law Court. Tyler participated as a faculty member in multiple sessions, including discussions on recent changes to the Maine Rules of Appellate Procedure and best practices for preparing cases for appeal.
