LOKC Team Secures Dismissal in EEOC Litigation

Attorneys Brian L. Champion, J.R. Fallon, and Rai Dominguez secured an outright dismissal of an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) claim filed against one of the firm’s longstanding corporate clients. The claim alleged discrimination within the workplace.

After reviewing all the evidence and pleadings, the agency found no evidence of discrimination on behalf of the corporation and dismissed the charge outright. The client, and the firm, are pleased with this result. We remain committed to delivering strong, strategic representation and look forward to continuing our record of success.
