Keith Richard Obtains Preliminary Injunction Halting Subdivision

Keith Richard successfully obtained a preliminary injunction on behalf of a client seeking title to land by adverse possession.  The injunction effectively halted planned construction of an access road to a subdivision over the property.  Unless the developer finds an alternative access road, the development will be on hold until the conclusion of the litigation.
