Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion, LLC is pleased to announce that Jonathan Reed (J.R.) Fallon has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. His diverse areas of practice include family law, trusts & estates, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Currently serving as a Major in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, J.R. previously served on active duty for over six years as an Air Force JAG officer. During his active duty service, J.R. served both as a prosecutor and as defense counsel, received an appointment as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, and deployed throughout the Middle East. His three tours on active duty also provided him the expertise to handle various legal matters specific to veterans and service members in all branches.
J.R. completed his undergraduate studies at Manhattanville University while playing on the school’s baseball team, then went on to earn his M.S. from Boston University. He received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2017, and is admitted to practice in Maine, New Hampshire, and in the Federal Court for the District of Maine, as well as military courts worldwide.
