Brian Champion and J.R. Fallon Achieve Full Dismissal of EEOC Harassment and Wrongful Termination Claim

Attorneys Brian L. Champion and J.R. Fallon recently secured an outright dismissal of an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) claim filed against one of the firm’s longstanding corporate clients. The claim alleged workplace harassment and wrongful termination.

Following its investigation, the EEOC concluded that the allegations were unsubstantiated and uncorroborated. The agency further determined that the former employee was discharged for documented performance issues and found no evidence that any similarly situated employee received more favorable treatment. Accordingly, based on these findings, the EEOC dismissed the claim in full.

The client, and the firm, are pleased with this result. We remain committed to delivering strong, strategic representation and look forward to continuing our record of success.
