In August, 2011, Gene Libby and Hillary Massey obtained a judgment for a client in a fraudulent transfer matter. The plaintiff (our client’s ex-wife) claimed that our client fraudulently transferred his assets, including a piece of real estate and a business, in order to avoid paying spousal support. We moved to dismiss the case, arguing that the plaintiff could not bring her claim. The judge agreed and granted judgment for our client, saving him the expense and energy of trial.
