Attorney Jonathan Reed “J.R.” Fallon is selected Maine State Bar Association Leadership Academy Class of 2026

With the encouragement to apply from Attorney Tyler Smith, a 2017 Maine State Bar Association (MSBA) Leadership Academy graduate, Attorney Jonathan Reed “J.R.” Fallon has been accepted into the MSBA Leadership Academy Class of 2026.

The Academy is a prestigious program dedicated to cultivating leadership and professionalism within Maine’s legal community. The MSBA leadership selects promising attorneys and offers a comprehensive curriculum that builds leadership skills, encourages collaboration, and creates opportunities to engage with key leaders in Maine’s legal, business, and government communities.

Each year, up to twelve MSBA members—attorneys who have practiced for at least two years but no more than ten—are selected for the Academy. The attorneys engage in monthly programs from October through June, earning continuing legal education (CLE) credits while gaining valuable insight into leadership, ethics, and professional development.

Through his participation, Attorney Fallon will join a network of motivated attorneys committed to shaping the future of Maine’s legal community. His acceptance into the Academy underscores his dedication to servant leadership and his potential to make a lasting impact on the profession.
