LOKC Clients Prevail in Appeal of Ruling Regarding Landowner’s Riverfront Access

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court has sided with Attorneys Gene Libby and Tyler Smith in their appeal of a lower court’s decision that the construction of a fence and driveway in a shared easement did not interfere with access to the Webhannet River in Wells.
