Tyler Smith becomes the newest partner at Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion, LLC

Tyler J. SmithLibby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion, LLC is pleased to welcome Tyler J. Smith as the firm’s newest partner.

Tyler joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2012. Since joining the firm, Tyler has been heavily involved in the firm’s litigation practice, has successfully tried civil and criminal cases to juries, and frequently appears before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

Tyler has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the area of litigation by Super Lawyers annually since 2015, is a member of the National College of DUI Defense and the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Maine State Bar Association.

The partners believe that Tyler’s addition will significantly enhance our ability to continue providing clients with the highest level of legal services.
