Rai Dominguez is an associate attorney with Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion, where he focuses his practice on estate planning and related matters. Rai earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law and was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2025. During law school, he developed a strong interest in trusts and estates, drawn to the real-world consequences that arise when planning is delayed or overlooked. That interest was reinforced through his work at an assisted living facility, where he saw firsthand how the absence of clear estate planning can create unnecessary stress and conflict for families. While in law school, Rai served as a legal research assistant where he conducted comparative legal research on U.S. and international regulatory frameworks and helped identify legal risk areas in emerging fields.
Outside the office, Rai enjoys trail running, hiking, and studying nutrition and fitness. Rai is also fluent in Spanish.
