Keith Richard is an associate attorney admitted in Maine and Massachusetts. Keith represents clients across a range of practice areas, including but not limited to real estate, probate, family law, municipal and land use law, employment law, personal injury, criminal defense, and business law. He has second-chaired civil jury trials to successful verdicts and argued appeals before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. He has been recognized by the Court’s Katahdin Counsel Program for his pro bono contributions.
Keith graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Keith received his law degree magna cum laude from New England Law | Boston. Following law school, Keith served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Maine Superior Court for two years, primarily in York and Cumberland counties. He then spent a third year clerking for Associate Justice Thomas Humphrey of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court before joining the firm.
Keith enjoys shellfishing, travel, and cross-country skiing. He lives in Westbrook with his wife, who is an attorney at a large firm in Portland.
